Question from Tammy C.: About 4 or 5 days ago I tried to update my Flash Player from the Adobe website. It started downloading, but it never finished.

Rick’s answer:Tammy, Adobe’s software is notorious for problems like this, and Flash Player is probably the most irritating application of the bunch. But the steps listed below will most likely do the trick:
1 – Click Start>Control Panel>Uninstall a program and uninstall the existing Adobe Flash Player from your system.

2 – Visit this page and install Flash Player from scratch.
